A workout that my boys and I put togheter in April. So you have another chance to compare your scores!
Starting with the same exercise as the horrible 600 rep BW Challenge I guess you dread this one - but hey, there is only 4 rounds of this.
Set your timer for 16 rounds of 10 and 50 seconds intervals. 10 seconds to breathe, 50 seconds to sweat. Hard. Push as hard as you can. Do as many repetitions as you possibly can in each interval. You can do this!

Sumo Jump Tuck - 19, 15, 15, 15
Dynamic Bridge & 4 Kick Ups - 7, 7, 5,5, 6
Monkey Push Up - 10, 10, 8, 7
Diamond Push Up - 8, 7, 6, 7
