BodyChallenge #7: One Leg Squat

One Leg Squat is the best exercise I know of to really shape that butt!

It is also an exercise for thies - front, back, sides... and as it demands a lot of balance it is also a great exercise for corestrength. It will even strenghten your ancles and your knees. It will work you strenght and your stability and maybe even your flexibility in the knee.

I love the One Leg Squat. It is a great exercise and it is important to learn how to do properly. So I recomend that you practice it every day for the next week.

To do 10 One Leg Squat on each leg every day for the next week. 


Spread them out throughout your day. One here, three there. The little things we do in life have the amazing abillity to ad up and make a difference. A small thing to do to boost your fitness. Simple, yet effctive. Practice makes perfect One Leg Squat.
