Fly Away. Workout

Advanced Workout

This workout focuses a little more on the butt and thigh, but it will still give you a full body workout. Focus on your form - never loose your form and do every exercise, every repetition to it's full extent. Its great having lot's of repetitions, but if you lost your form or if you didn't complete the exercise all the way, then you will miss out on so much of the results!

Focus. Push. Conquer.

You have the willpower - dig deep!

Set your timer for 15 rounds of 10 and 50 seconds intervals. 10 seconds to write your score and get ready for the next exercise, and 50 seconds to push your hardest.

Pistol&Fly - 10, 11, 8
Pistol&Fly - 10, 9, 10
DiveBombers - 12, 10, 9
Happy Crab - 16, 16, 16
Skaters - 51, 54, 53
