The Mists Of Sweat - alltid bedre!

The Mists Of Sweat

...is a short workout with many exercises... But it's superfun and very effective. As you do the exercise only once, you can push even harder!

This workout takes on one muscle group at the time. We use the first 5 minutes on the legs only, then the next 5 on the chest and the last 5 on the back. The exercises is still fullbody exercises that targets your whole body. You are gonna feel this workout!

Set your timer for 15 rounds of 10 and 50 seconds intervals. 10 seconds to write down your score, and 50 seconds to push your hardest! :-)
