Hosewife is still hardcore with the workout!

Finally we`re kicking of Summer! And we`re gonna kick off with one of the most brutal workouts I could find. The previous plans are filled with great workouts, and this month you will have a chance to go bananas with some of them. Today`s workout has been done twice on the blog. Still, the video is in Norvegean, as it was one of the earliest workouts on the blog. I never got to shoot an english version. Not this time either as I`m still getting used to my Hero`s PC...being a Mac-girl I feel lost with this monster of a machine. Haha! I`m also getting used to the new video editing program...

But there`s no excuse people. The workout is waiting to kick your ass and give you the body you want. Strong, energetic, agile, fast...fit!

So todays workout is the HoseWife Goes Workout Hardcore-workout.


Set your timer for 16 rounds of 10 and 50 second intervals. You know the drill - 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds to write down your score.

This is a brutal workout, and finishing feels so amazing you can`t NOT do this routine! So get to it! Squeeze out what you got.

16 small minutes of POWER! 16 small minutes of challenge, and 16 small minutes of greatness! Every repetition is in your head. Talk to your selv during the workout. Make yourself believe you can do more! You are amazing and what you can do is incredible!

Front Lunge Press - 14, 12, 13, 12 (7 kilo in each hand)
123 Push Up - 17, 12, 13, 10
3 Roing + 3 Deadlift - 5, 5,5, 5, 5 (40 kilo)
