SummerChallenge #5: Stairs

Now who have not heard advice about taking the stairs over the elevator to create movement and use energy during the day?

Let's make it into a challenge: How many steps of stairs can you climb during the next week?

Start counting, and post your number on the Facebook Page or on G+ to keep me and everyone else updated. Can we manage to inspire each other, challenge our self and beat our own record from day to day?

Only the steps you climb count! (not the ones you step on the way down)

So people - be like a child the whole next week and climb every step of stairs you see!
