Time Challenge
You will need: Stopwatch. Kettlebell (or weightplate, dumbell or something kreative to swing)

Todays workout is a little different and a lot more fun than the usual workout. This one is like a game! There are only four simple exersises, and you will start first round with only doing the first one. For each round you will ad one exercise and when you have done four rounds and gotten through all the exercises, you will turn the workout upside down, start with the last exercise and build the workout backwards.
Make sure to track your time for this one. My time were 17 minutes. And if you push harder, you can surely beat me.
Here are the exercises
KettleBell Swings - 50 reps
Diamond Push Up - 5 reps
One Leg Squat - 5 reps on each leg
Crab Kicks - 20 reps
And here is the set up - this is what you do:
Round 1: Swings
Round 2: Swings + Diamond Push Up
Round 3: Swings + Diamond Push Up + One Leg Squat
Round 4: Swings + Diamond Push Up + One Leg Squat + Crab Kick
Round 5: Crab Kick
Round 6: Crab Kick + One Leg Squat
Round 7: Crab Kick + One Leg Squat + Diamond Push Up
Round 8: Crab Kick + One Leg Squat + Diamond Push Up + Swings
