The BIG Challenge - the 600 rep BodyWeight Challenge

Remember the beast of a Workout that was presented for you in April? That Workout is there like a mountain waiting to be conqured.

The last time we tried it, only a precious few managed to get all the way through. My 10 year old son (who did a couple of bonus exercises even, at the end, just becaus he is that tough), my self and Linda Maria. Everyone else failed to complete. That includes the Hero of the family here - my boyfriend. 


So are you ready to fight you sense of will? Are you ready to challenge your stamina and your determination? 


DECIDE that you are going to complete. No matter how long it takes. 
OR - DECIDE that you are going to keep going untill a certain amount of time has passed. 


What ever you do - load your self with determination and willpower. Use the warm up to collect your focus and get ready mentally. I attached a bonus video with a routine warm up that you can do.
